About SISCRA

SISCRA was founded in 1978 as a non-profit organization by a group of senior citizens from western Idaho. A lease for the land was obtained from the Bureau of Reclamation and with the assistance and donations of volunteers, Willow Creek Campground was carved out of the forest.

Over the years, many improvements have been added to create the beautiful, rustic campground it is today. Willow Creek Campground is operated by SISCRA's directors who volunteer their time to care for, maintain and improve the area, and by a devoted staff. All proceeds are used for improvements and upkeep.
